Trish Davis
Deputy Director, The OVC VOCA Center
Trish Davis is the Deputy Director of the OVC VOCA Center. In this position, she and her team coordinate virtual and onsite peer-to-peer training and technical assistance to states and territories to create a robust support system, broaden victim services to historically underserved populations, and advance evidence-based and promising federal grant administration practices.
Before joining NCJA, Trish was a Senior Program Manager for the State of Tennessee’s Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Criminal Justice Programs (OCJP). At OCJP, she led a team that managed federal and state-funded contracts with Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking, and Family Justice Center agencies across the state. Before her work at OCJP, she served as the Director of Client Programs at the Nashville Family Safety Center and Senior Director of Domestic Violence Services at the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Trish has served on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Nashville Launch Pad, and Tennessee Respite Coalition. She is currently a mentor with tnAchieves, where she helps Tennessee students navigate the challenges of the college-going process and ensures they achieve their academic and career goals. Trish has her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University.
