Andrew Delgado
Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst for the NCJA Data Center, Andrue Delgado assists in research project oversight, compliance, and documentation of controls and protocols for the NCJA Data Center. This work includes managing existing and future data streams, establishing data pipeline procedures, and summarizing primary and secondary data findings via secure dashboards and access points. Additionally, Andrue provides assistance on data-related projects at the OVC VOCA Center and Center for Justice Planning.
Prior to joining NCJA, Andrue served as a Business Analyst for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services within the Policy and Procedures Department. The focus of this work was reducing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on underserved populations with an emphasis on people experiencing homelessness. Andrue acted as a liaison between Los Angeles County and its vendors to gather business requirements needed for modifications, enhancements, and implementations of their system applications.
Andrue obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Pre-Legal concentration from California State University, Los Angeles.
